Brent N. Waller
President- Operations
Brent N. Waller
The past twenty-five years Mr. Waller has invested, developed, and owned projects that include industrial wastewater and municipal water projects, as well as water rights and water pipeline development. He spent the previous nine years as an executive with a Forbes 100 private family investment office of AG Hill-Hunt, investing more than $800 million in oil and gas projects, water technologies and real estate. He is currently President and partner of Front Range H2O, a water development company with positions in Texas, Colorado, and Wyoming. He is also an investing partner in water treatment and technology companies focused on industrial and municipal solutions for beneficial reuse. B.S Business, Texas Tech University.
Dale A Leach
Vice President- H2O Development
Mr. Leach, a native Coloradoan, has been an active part of the Colorado front range business community. In the past forty years, he has been successfully involved in CPA practice (partner), HVAC business (majority owner/President), John Deere dealership (owner/President and currently an owner/CEO of an Environmental Engineering firm specializing in water related issues.
H. Thomas Monroe
Vice President Land Development
Mr. Monroe spent more than twenty years in the banking industry. He served in management and ownership roles during this period, as well holding positions as Vice President and CEO of multiple financing entities.
Scott Gustin
Director Environmental and Regulatory Compliance
Mr. Gustin, a native Coloradoan, has 34 years of experience in the environmental and regulatory aspects associated the petroleum and mining industries. Of those 34 years, 22 years have been spent in corporate management, strategic planning, and client relations.

Chris Thorne, a native Coloradoan, represents energy companies, real estate developers, industrial water users, agricultural water users, and municipal water providers in virtually all types of water related transactions, and in litigation matters and related administrative proceedings involving the adjudication of water rights, changes of water rights, complex plans for augmentation, and water rights disputes.

Mr. Gardner is currently career has focused on program management, organizational leadership, and strategic planning. Since 1998, he has worked with public and private entities on innovative, large-scale projects significant to the State of California.
Patrick Ryan

Mr. Ryan has over 30 years of experience serving the water and wastewater market in executive management, business and project development roles. He has global experience in executive sales positions working for multinational water companies.
Don Kirkendall
CEO Cutlass Energy
Mr. Kirkendall has more than 40 years of energy industry management experience including the acquisition, construction, management, and operation of interstate pipeline companies, gas and crude marketing companies, exploration and production companies as well as extensive involvement with midstream companies.
