Dale A Leach

Mr. Leach, a native Coloradoan, has been an active part of the Colorado front range business community. In the past forty years, he has been successfully involved in CPA practice (partner), HVAC business (majority owner/President), John Deere dealership (owner/President and currently an owner/CEO of an Environmental Engineering firm specializing in water related issues.

Mr. Leach has been active in the water community as an owner/user of water rights, President or Director of five different Colorado front range irrigation ditch boards for up to twenty-five years and Director of a sizeable potable water district for 20 years. 

He has been involved in numerous water court change cases in the State of Colorado providing technical support. He has worked closely with water attorneys on water negotiations and purchases, water change cases and water settlement issues. B.S. Business University of Colorado, Accounting.
